*Nilharina sits at her desk with her parchment, quill, and ink.. She thinks about where to start. She has so many directions to start but decides to start at the begining, when she was just a little Drowess.. She knows very little of her history before she met the Matron, Virgi.. But what she does know is..*
Nilharina was abandoned by her parents when she was born and was raised by an Elistree Drow Male by the name of Nilhaim. In all of the eight years he raised her, he never spoke of his past or about her parents. He kept her hidden from all civilization, for reasons she did not know. He always stressed how improtant it was for her not to be seen. He educated her as best he knew how. He taught her how to fight, hunt and swim; all at a very young age.
One Night.. She left her hidden room, she knew that she was not supposed to, but she wanted to talk with Nilhaim. Upon entering his room, it was a frightful scene. He was laying awakwardly in his bed..dead with a dagger in his heart. At the sight of this and all the blood, she ran back to her hidden room as quickly as her little legs would bring her. Upon entering her room, there stood a female Drow with a dagger pointed right at her. She said hissing through her teeth, "Vendui Princess Nilharina.." The dagger looked like to be a twin to the one resting in Nilhaim's heart. Nilh did not give her any chance to continue for she darted towards a hidden tunnel in the wall that lead to a lake with a boat. Nilhaim has told her she woud have to use it one day, but this is not what she thought he meant. Nilh hops in the boat and paddles off, not looking back. She can hear the Drowess yelling to her, " I will find you Princess, and when I do, I will kill you.."
The boat brought her to the lands of Aglarond. She seached the beaches still in shock finding out that she is a Princess. She wandered the lands alone for sometime. She met another child, an Averial Elf and they became sisters, her name was Phoenix. They were such trouble makers. They both ended up getting captured in the dark lands of Argoth and becoming pets of the Demon Queen. Well that did not go over to well with the Drow... ".. Drow are never collared... especially a Drowess.." The Demon Queen, eventually, gave Nilharina to the Matron and Maximos as a gift. The Matron did not like Children and still does not. But there was something about Nilharina that she loves. From then on she lived with the Matron. Nilharina had to learn about Lloth Drow and is still learning to this day, for she was not brought up in the Lloth ways.
At times, it is very difficult for her because she is not like the other Lloth Drow.
